Customers are qualified researchers and laboratory buyers. We are a supplier of research materials, not a pharmacy, not a clinic, and not a telemedicine service. We do not prescribe, advise on use, or provide any clinical guidance, and we cannot answer questions about administration.

Each product page states the compound's CAS number, presentation, and minimum purity, verified by HPLC. Every catalogue item links to a certificate of analysis identified by lot number, published as a PDF on this site — you can read it before ordering, not only after.

If a figure on a certificate does not match what a product page claims, tell us and we will correct the page or withdraw the lot.

You can order with an account or as a guest. After placing an order you are taken to a secure payment page hosted by our banking provider, where you pay by card or bank transfer. We never see or store card details, and the same payment link is emailed to you so you can pay later.

Shipping is a flat $20.00 USD, and free on merchandise subtotals of $300.00 or more. Orders are prepared once payment clears and you receive tracking by email. Returns are accepted within 30 days under our returns policy.
